Accepted forms of payments are cash, check or credit card. Payments are due in full at the time of your treatment.

Health Insurance

We do not bill insurance but can provide a receipt for your insurance company if requested.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. After that time, you will be charged in full for the time reserved.
